Minerva's room

Upstairs apartment 2 bedroom 1 bath. A decent area to live in. People don’t bother you here. We live right behind a shopping strip so access to fast foods, grocery stores, etc. Is really convenient. You will pay for half of gas, electric, and wifi. Food is separate. Parking is on the street. There is a parking spot assigned to my apartment that I do not use as often due to it being small so you can use it more.

I am a 26 year old mom to a 4 year old girl. She does not sleep in her room at all so there’s no use for it. I am very quiet and mostly in my room. My daughter usually likes to spend her time in the living room. I am not looking for someone to babysit my daughter, I have child care for that. I have her Thursday night through Tuesday morning so she will be gone most of the weekdays. I would prefer a single female (if you have a child that is fine) to be interested in living with us. No men are allowed in our home. No smoking or drugs. I do have a cat and prefer no other animals to move in (1 cat may be allowed). I am an open and kind person. Just want to put that room to use.
