Renting a private two bedroom one bathroom studio with laundry and kitchenet included as well as two parking spots in a townhome. The rental property has vinyl floors and it includes access to the community pool which is very well maintained. It is important to highlight that the tenants do not share any space with the owner. In addition, the property is conveniently located in a safe area with a quiet neighborhood. Orlando health hospital is only 6 min away, Seminole college is 10 min away, Sanford airport is 20 min away, and Publix is 2 minutes away from the property and there is easy access to I-4. We are looking for clean, respectful, and kind tenants that might want to stay for more than a year when signing the lease but we are open to one year lease options as well. We do not allow pets, illegal drugs or smoking inside the house and the tenants will pay for utilities such as water, gas, electric, and internet.

The owner of the house (my mother) is a hardworking, clean , kind, respectful and bilingual woman in her 60s. She is funny and very active and the rooms we are renting are private. There are no shared spaces other than the parking and you can also enjoy of a safe and well located neighborhood.
