Breezy's room

Looking for 2 roommates to move into a 3 bd/1 bath duplex in the St. Anthony east neighborhood. It is close to St. Anthony main, DT and Boom Island Park. Open to all genders. The landlord will consider cats and dogs on an individual basis. It is recently remodeled and updated. Each room is 625 and includes water, trash and laundry. The utilities (gas, electric and internet) are split 3 ways. The place has good natural light, AC, and a little side yard. The living room and bedrooms are unfurnished so there is lots of space to bring your own things and decorate.

A little about me: I am a woman in her early 30’s and enjoy the outdoors, going out to explore new places, gardening, baking and making ice cream. I am pretty independent and quiet, but do enjoy the occassional house get togethers like dinners, game/movie night, adventures about town, etc.
