Three-bedroom, two-bath house located in a safe, secure neighborhood just east of MSU. All utilities are included (i.e., central air/heat, high-speed internet, electricity, water, trash, etc.). There is plenty of parking in the driveway, and a large, enclosed backyard with a wrap-around deck. There is also a large basement with storage available. Meijer’s supermarket and the Meridian Mall are close by. The neighborhood features two nature preserves, a lagoon, and a large central park to enjoy nature, hiking, and other outdoor activities. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, and the house has been a good fit for graduate students, young professionals and visiting scholars.
