I own this townhome and would like to rent the extra room for a few weeks or months. I am in the Military and my hours are typically 8 am to 5:30 pm. I do my best to maintain the home clean as possible all the time including no shoes inside the house, no smoking, no cannabis, and no parties. The common areas are fully furnished and can be used at all times.
