This unit is above a detached garage in the backyard of my classic craftsman home in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood. It is newly remodeled with a full kitchen, queen size bed, cozy green couch (one of my favorite finds while furnishing this gem), brand new washer and dryer in unit, and access to a Peleton bike and weights in the garage under the unit for a small additional monthly fee if desired. It is 1/4 mile from Tacoma General Hospital and 3/4 mile from St. Joseph’s. walking distance to downtown, several concert venues, the 6th Avenue district with unlimited restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Grocery store within walking distance as well, and several parks close by.

I live in the main house with my little human. There is a shared backyard. We’re happy to be a little social or leave you to yourself depending on your preference.
