South of Glendale and near Atwater Village. Coffee shops, safe neighborhood. Friendly neighbors as well as a laundry washer and dryer on site. Spacious living room, kitchen, and amenities like fridge included.

Current people living within the household are moving out within the next month or at the end of this. There needs to be renovation done, regarding room and bathroom, if you’re up for the task. As well as the living room, simple furniture.

Uploaded photos are of my room. Both rooms are spacious, as well as two bathrooms for each room.

A little bit about myself. I am a 25 year old local, female. Interested in art, culture, and anything in between. I am very open, nice, and care about having a friendly eco space. The apartment complex consists of people of diverse backgrounds, everyone keeps to themselves, as well as parking included.
