My name is Mike, and I have a room available in historic Hobart (Maple Valley) for rent. This is a 3 bed, 3 bath (one full, two half) house with a washer and dryer. I am only renting one room, so it won’t be crowded. The driveway is huge, with plenty of room for vehicle parking. There is an attached 1,400 sq ft shop with additional room for vehicle/toy storage. Located near miles of trails and outdoor spaces, and a short drive to Snoqualmie, Issaquah, Black Diamond, and Maple Valley. The available room is 11x11 and has a 26’‘x63’’ closet. I enjoy a drink after a long day of work, but this is NOT a party house. Let me know if you’d like to set up a time to view the room.

I am a 31 year old accountant working at Costco Wholesale in Issaquah. I have lived in the greater Seattle area most of my life. I’m an avid mountain biker and drummer.
