A large private bedroom is available in this modern 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the Spring Valley Area! the rent is only $800 dollars and includes all utilities, gigablast internet, and basic household supplies. We also have a community pool and gym that you would be welcome to use at your leisure. You would only share a bathroom with one person who is very organized. I have a Shiba Inu puppy who is incredibly friendly in addition to quiet. We also have a black cat named cleo. Pets are also welcome but require a 40 dollar/month pet fee.

I am a full-time nursing student and full-time employee for a local restaurant; thus, I am not home often. My brother and sister-in-law rent out the master bedroom and often keep to themselves. The three of us share a Shiba Inu Named Coconut and a black cat named Cleo.
