About the room
This is a special place. Small upstairs room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Centrally located, 1 mile to downtown. Hidden in the middle of a block in a quiet neighborhood, there is no foot traffic. External storage shed. Private garden pathway 100x20 feet. Large 2nd floor balcony.
Rent is 390 + utilities (usually 80-100) Month-to-month with rental agreement to forfeit the room upon nonpayment on the 14th of the next month.
Pets are discouraged/negotiable. (Although we love animals, it’s a compact house without a fully-enclosed yard.) A house cat is OK. Guest dogs are OK.
