The property is very clean and quiet . There’s plenty of parking . The unit is on the first floor and the laundry room is just a few feet away . The laundry machines are very good quality and seem to be always available. The pool is really nice also .

I’m a 59 year old widower I work from 6 am till 5 pm Monday through Saturday. I go to the grocery store an come home . I don’t mind if the renter has friends over, but not overnight unless its family on special occasions . I’m easy going . I smoke only in my room and I have a air purifier. The apartment does not smell like smoke.
