A little about me and my home… I own a three bedroom home in Alexandria. I am 29 and an officer in the military who’s looking for one roommate to fill out one of the two other rooms (your choice). In short, I am typically gone from 7am-7pm each day for work. The common areas are furnished and I like to keep things tidy for guests and roommates. Non-smoker. I pride myself on being a good roommate/owner. I am flexible and accommodating and want you to feel like this is your home. I have one dog (Harper). I have recently made renovations to the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors on the first and second-level floors. The townhome is in a good, safe, and convenient location with plenty of parking, in-home washer/dryer. Both rooms have closets, air conditioning, private bathroom, there is plenty of space to place things in storage at the house.
