Hi There! This space is on the 1st floor of a newly remodeled 3 story townhome. It has it’s own private entrance, bathroom, patio and walk-in closet. The 2nd floor is a shared kitchen, living room, and balcony. The 3rd floor has the shared washer/dryer and the owner’s room. Utilities are included in addition to high speed internet. The community has a guarded entrance, resort style pool, gym, clubhouse, and tennis/pickleball court. Very friendly, safe and beautiful neighborhood with lots of water features. Room can be furnished for an addition $100 per month.

I am a 40 year old lesbian female that works from home in my own office on the 3rd floor. I have an active lifestyle, travel monthly and am out of the house daily so you don’t have to worry about me always being here :). I do have a cat, she runs the house and prefers to be the only pet in the house. The community is very friendly and there are several HOA rules that need to be followed but they aren’t too outlandish. I am close to lots of restaurants, shopping, Cross Seminole Trail, and I4.
