About the room
I have a row house in Broadway East that I am sure is large enough for a couple of people. I am not a prude, so I don’t want to live with a prude, but I can’t live with an addict; so, if you are a habitual user of any substance, we’re probably not a good match.
I have a very comfortable queen-sized bed in the room now, and I can add additional furniture as my new roommate needs; but if you want to move in with your own stuff, we can probably make that work.
About the roomies
I’m a 68, and I live here with my cat, Callie. I started life as a clarinet player, and I studied singing as well; so, I listen to a lot of classical music and opera.
The house is not all that well laid out for roommates, so it is likely that we will see one anther naked. If that’s a no-no for you, we’re probably not going to be a good match.
