It’s a 1 bedroom apartment I’m turning the living Room into a bedroom it’s big enough and you with have your own closet and everything like a studio apartment. There’s a pool and is located sw Bakersfield so it’s by the mall and many places to eat.

I currently looking for work and going back to school. I’ve been at my apartment for a year, I’m very clean/lay back I’m always in my room or not home at all. Im cannabis friendly and looking for someone to help me In this time right now my rent alone is 1,400$ not even including utilities but I have everything else covered I’m in a contract I can’t break so if you are interested clean and responsible that be great.
