I have a Brand-new, Luxury, West Summerlin Home with future pool and private entrances into the rental section of the house. There are 2 rooms available. One is the primary BR with private bath, dual sinks, a huge shower and walk-in closet. Garage parking is available for one medium size vehicle. It is $1200 for a single and $1500 for a couple.

The smaller BR is without a private bath, but one is located directly across the hallway. It is $800 for a single person only.

House is furnished with a brand-new washer/dryer, large refrigerator, kitchen island, dual ovens, microwave, hooded range, extensive countertop space with numerous cabinets and a walk-in pantry.

Shared space includes a large living room, dining room, a Flex Space or Formal Dining Room, front and rear patios and a Brand-new pool to be constructed in the near future. See Floorplan photo for detailed layout of the house.

Utilities are included.

Very Good Credit, rental history and proof of employment will be required.

I just bought the house, so it’s minimally furnished and landscaped, though the plans are in the works for a nice pool, deck and landscaping in the near future.

There is also plenty of street parking in this gated community.

Rooms are currently vacant but the first roommate will have a significant say in the the selection of the second roommate. This is also a great opportunity for the team-up arrangement offered by this website.
