This is a two-bedroom, one bath apartment on the third floor of a three-family home in Cambridge. The apartment is quite spacious, with a kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, sunroom, and back porch (in addition to the two bedrooms and bathroom). Old building with its quirks but some great antique furniture and a lot of character. Street parking and room for one car in the driveway. Small shared bathroom. The second floor is not rented out so there is a great noise buffer between the first and third floors. Washer/dryer in the basement. The bedroom has a dresser and full size mattress, box spring and bed frame, as well as a closet; a second dresser is available. Small shared bathroom but my current roommate and I have made do. Nice, quiet street in Cambridge. 10 minute walk to Porter Square (T, commuter rail, bus) and 15 minute walk to Harvard & Davis Square (T, bus). Walkable to Tufts University, Harvard University, Lesley University. Nearby parks and green spaces.

I’m an archivist at a historical organization in Boston. I’m a quiet and tidy roommate. In my free time, I’m generally either fencing, baking (happy to share!), or sewing.
