Joanie's room

My partner and I have a room available for rent starting middle of October. The apartment is a 3 bed 2.5 bath located in Gunbarrel. The complex has a pool, community garden and a private park(Gunbarrel Commons) There are additions trails, local breweries, coffee shops and a super market all within a 1 mile radius. We are looking for someone who would sign an agreement for at least 6months - up to a year.

The apartment and kitchen are fully furnished and the room available has a queen bed. The third bedroom is used as an office/storage and has a trundle bed for guests. We have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. We also have a pretty lovely, small patio that’s great for entertaining and for pets. Unfortunately we can’t accommodates cats due to allergies.

My partner and I are clean, quiet individuals and are looking for someone who is also.

We both work full time and on the weekends we are either lounging around the house or out for day hikes
