Private room unfurnished. Bathroom is solely yours except for if guest come over (hence the shared listing). There is a kitchen and washer dryer available for your use. Rent is $750 and you will be responsible for 1/3 of the utility cost each month. We will be doing some renovation and remodeling over time but nothing that will be annoying to you or cause you to leave your room temporarily.

My boyfriend and I are a young couple and will be the only other people living in the home. We have 2 cats which is all we can handle so no pets are allowed. No drugs, no ragers, no drama.
