• Nice yard and friendly, quiet neighborhood.
• Close to Hwy 169.

4 residents: Owners Lisa & Karel are married, and 2 female tenants currently renting the lower level bedrooms.

Karel plays piano and works from home most days of the week. He teaches piano in the home every other week. Friendly and helpful. Loves learning new things off YouTube and playing games. Always down for a good board game.

Lisa works off-site and occasionally from home. She’s a licensed Realtor and loves to talk about finances, budgeting, and wealth projections. Friendly and happy to help with finances (not licensed in financing so all advice given is for entertainment purposes only). Spends most of her free time reading.

Any ideas on cooking techniques or new dishes to try are always welcome.
