Midvale Avenue

My lease is up at the end of November, and my current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to renew the lease with me. There is going to be a rent increase, and I haven’t been told exactly how much yet, but 1,500pm is roughly how much each person would pay. Bills are normally an additional $20 on top of that. Quiet street, but walking distance to Westwood Village/ UCLA campus. There are also bus stops about 2 minutes away. There is also off street parking, but theres limited availability.

Can move in at the beginning of December, but if can move in for January, the apart is being refurbished (hence rent increase) and will have hardwood floors, and new kitchens and bathrooms. The room has two large built in closets, as well as an ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of space in the living room for you to bring furniture as most will be going with my roommate.

Laundry in building Pool Wifi included 10-15 minutes from Ralphs/ Target/ Whole Foods

I’m an international student who has been living in the building since April. I’m pretty quiet and spend 90% of my time in my room watching netflix and am really happy for you to bring people over etc.
