Hi I have one room available in Hephzibah, 5 minutes from Ft Eisenhower off Fairington dr. Utilities are included. Internet is included. Room is furnished with small fridge, desk, bed, chair, and drawer sets. There is separate full shared bathroom. Ideal roommate is clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful. Room is for one person. No dogs. You can pay rent by a weekly or monthly rate. The weekly rate is $160 per week. The monthly rate is $650. To move in, a $600 security deposit is needed. The weekly rate would require the weekly rent plus the security deposit.
