Lindsey's room

I have a two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath 1500 square-foot townhome in the heart of Ballantyne. I am looking to rent out the other bedroom. It is a two master set up. You will have your own large bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom inside your bedroom. The room is clean and well-kept. And it’s not furnished. The rest of the place is furnished, and you are welcome to use whatever you need. Internet is $40 a month. You will be responsible for half of the Internet bill. And the electric bill usually runs anywhere from $80 - $150 depending on the month and the weather. You will be responsible for half of the electric bill.

My name is Lindsay. And I am a 35 year old, professional. I work from home during the day. And I am out most nights and weekends working a second job. I have 4 adult dogs that love everyone they meet. They are friendly and do not buy. They will be excited when you get home, but they will leave you alone.
