A lovely upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo situated within walking distance of the Pacific View Mall, the Camino Real Park, and Ventura Community College. Features a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, a bathtub in the shared bathroom, wood flooring, and an outdoor balcony. The room features a large closet with shelves, and can be furnished with a bed, a couch, dresser and a rug. In addition there are couches in the common area and a dining table set in the shared dining area.

The condo is a shared living situation with the owner, a married disabled veteran who lives quietly with his two Sphynx cats. The cats are not hypoallergenic, are sociable with people but very anxious around other cats/dogs.

No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests. $1100 security deposit. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 9 AM per HOA standards. $55.00 application fee for credit check and background check.
