Looking for responsible individual who can pass a background check, has a steady source of income, great references, (work, personal and past rental history) who would like a nice private room in my cozy home. You would also have the option to create a basement living area if you wanted extra privacy. Seeing as I travel for work, you would basically have the property to yourself. My home is located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to UNL East Campus and close to downtown. There’s a nice deck and patio in the back yard and garage parking when I’m away. Utilities average about $150 and are split between us.

I am 59 years old and I have been fortunate to have traveled all over the world as freelance yacht crew member. When I am home, I enjoy working in my yard, watching movies, hiking, swimming, exploring new places, and spending time with my friends and family.
