Seeking a roommate for a single room in a house, utilities included except internet. You will have your own private bathroom use of a washer/dryer in the garage and use of common areas including a front and back porch and living room. Please like small dogs, as I have one that is 15 lbs. He is very friendly and quiet. You will have kitchen privileges. Proof of income and background checks will be conducted. The lease will be for 6mos to a year. No drug or alcohol is permitted. Off-the-street parking is available.

I am a 69-year-old lady, living with my little dachshund who is so sweet, quiet and friendly. I have lived here in Sebastian for 6 years before moving from Vero Beach. I know my neighbors and know that they will be there for me if need be.
