Howdy,
We have a room coming available on November 12th as one of our housemates has gotten engaged and is moving overseas. This is a 4 bed 2 bath house, with a fireplace, big backyard, on-site washer dryer, high ceilings and a great location, walkable to the Greenbelt and just south of downtown.
The room is private with a shared bathroom. We are in our 30s and 40s and value a clean and peaceful home. No furred or feathered pets, no exceptions. Two housemates have severe allergies to them.
The roommates choose the person but we each have our own lease with the landlord so you will need to meet with them as a final step.
