Revelation's room

One room is downstairs and has a private bathroom with a toilet. One room is upstairs, but does not have a private bathroom. Two other occupants just moved out and the rooms are clean but have some holes from posters or tv mounts in the walls, which can be fixed. We do have three smaller dogs, they will need introduction but they are not dangerous or violent. You will also have access to the kitchen, living room, and a big backyard. Cleaning up after yourself is vital when it comes to any area of the living space. We will initiate some inspections of the rooms periodically to make sure theres no significant mess or issues, but nothing invasive, this is solely to confirm that the space is being well taken care of and not damaged. The parking is street parking. There is also a pool in the neighborhood.

These rooms are being rented out by me, (female, 19) and my father (45.) We both manage the house along with our partners (total of 4 occupants.) We like to keep a clean home. All of us work full-time, and I’m also a full-time student, so we are all usually pretty busy. We all like to play music on speakers at times while cooking or showering, but not at unreasonable times. I work from home, so music is usually not played until past 3:00 pm. We have a home studio, so sometimes will have people over to record music. We are open-minded.
