Chauntine's room

I have a split level home. In my house I have a spare bedroom w/private bathroom for rent and additional living room space on lower level. I am a 38 year old female. It is my daughter and I in the house and we have one dog. I am ideally looking for traveling professionals for shorter term rentals (1-6 months). However I’m open to rent to an individual female for up to one year (will have sign 6 month lease and renew another 6 months).
