Beach Abode's room

Looking for roommate/someone to share my home. Everyone who steps into the apartment says the same thing, “Wow, I love the energy here”. It’s a very comfortable and inviting space. It’s perfect to share with one more person. It’s cute, quaint, clean and right across from the beach. If you love the outdoors then this is for you!! Great location, actually the location is the best part of the spot. One block away from the gorgeous beach in a secluded area of Pacifica (great little café across the street). 15 minutes from SFState. It’s the perfect size for two people. It’s a bit tight for more but would consider a couple short term. Completely furnished but there is room if you have something. Big living room, nice size kitchen for cooking–meat free kitchen. I love to cook and into sharing meals so have an appetite. Huge balcony for hangouts. The room for rent has been completely renovated. Removed the carpet and it has a gorgeous real hardwood floor and everything including the ceiling has been painted. It’s SO nice. It has a beach vibe. *Se habla Español.

You: Be a person who is mindful of space and others. Please be communicative and kind. Me: I’m very outgoing, love the outdoors but most of my time is spent studying. I’m a student and love anything social justice related. Latinx person here. I work as well. I’m into yoga, breathwork, meditation, and a harmonious living space. I’m a hippy at heart and try to be mindful of my carbon footprint. I do sound baths in SF and in town. Avid dog trainer–I have a 10 lb. guy and devil dog atm (16lb poodle who I’m training) and often training/fostering another for a local rescue which unfortunately means no cats (we love all animals around there). You must love dogs! Room for another small obedient dog. This is a dog haven.
