Includes utilities, trash pick-up and water, Wi-Fi , free use of washer/dryer (please provide your own laundry supplies), fully furnished kitchen.
Room is furnished (New Mattress, bed Linens will be provided), free in-room TV provided if interested. House is a 3/1 (one shared bathroom). DOES NOT include ‘Maid Service’. Ask that you assist in keeping common areas clean!
