Two separate bedrooms for rent. Both are $850 a piece. They can be rented together as a private wing for $1200. Great home, inside & out. Wedgefield Plantation community. Lovely furnishings & yard, complete with a statue. Shared space includes living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, courtyard and yard with grilling area. One room has a queen bed & dresser, large flat screen TV and longer than 3 month stays are welcome. The other room has a full-size futon bed in there with a flat screen tv.

About the roomies

I am the homeowner and a 68yr old female, semi-retired from an event photography business. I work from home and occasionally board dogs. Outside smoking friendly.
