It’s not a huge room but you won’t be bothered by anyone, you’ll have to share a bathroom with me but we’ll just have to deal with it, it’s quiet, close to hosp, $ store,lol, gas station not far from grocery store and several restaurants near by.

I am looking for the right person to share my house with me, it’s a small house but no drama, no kids, I do have a couple cats that I let in on occasion so keep your door closed, I have a nice size shady back yard so if you wanna camp out, cook out, build a small pit fire that’s fine, NO boyfriends, girlfriends, kids, or pets.
