About the room
Hey there!
We have 1bdrm/shared bath + storage closet coming available December 1st in a cool, historical 3 bedroom in Five Points. Unfortunately, our amazing third roomie and her two dogs are moving to Salt Lake in a few weeks for a new job.
About the house:
Dog friendly (no cats plz though because severe allergies) Partially fenced shared yard with garden bed Porch Washer/Dryer Dishwasher 2 living rooms Ceiling fans Big rooms Air conditioning units Utilities included 2 floors All bedrooms upstairs Walking distance to City Park Vegan bakery like 22 steps from the house (vegan donuts..mmm) Walking/biking to Five Points, Cap Hill, RiNo, Curtis Park We have internet ($15/mo per person)
We have all gotten along great since we moved in and have made a habit of hanging out when possible, celebrating birthdays and events, hiking, cooking and watching trashy TV together. We are hoping for a fellow mid/late twenties female professional who is also looking for a cozy, homey vibe.
