Welcome to our spacious and inviting Adams Morgan/Dupont Area rowhouse! We have large bedrooms available in this 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom shared space. Our house is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable living experience, including a stylish kitchen and huge living room.

With convenient access to mass transit and within walking distance of many trendy areas in town, you’ll never run out of exciting places to explore.

Rest assured, the house is fully furnished, except for some bedroom. $1320 per month, plus utilities.

Hello there! We are a dynamic group of six responsible young professionals who have had the pleasure of sharing a co-living situation for an entire year. Throughout this time, we have experienced countless incredible gatherings and built strong relationships. Interestingly, our paths first crossed during our respective internships in Washington DC while we were still in college. As fate would have it, we all found ourselves back in the city after graduation, and together, we embarked on the exciting journey of searching for the perfect house. That’s when we stumbled upon this magnificent residence in the vibrant Adams Morgan neighborhood.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice, as this neighborhood offers an abundance of amenities and has provided us with endless opportunities to have a fantastic time together. However, due to our travel plans during the summer, we had to sublease our rooms temporarily. Now, with our lease set to end on September 1st, we are posting on behalf of our group to find the ideal candidates who are seeking housing in the historic Adams Morgan area and who share our interest in creating a comfortable and enjoyable co-living situation with their friends and peers.
