I’m currently renting a large finished basement in a 2100sqft townhouse which includes a full private bath🛁 and walk-in closet👖👗. The townhome has in-unit laundry🧺, attached 1 car garage, and an unfinished basement area perfect for extra storage📦📦📦. The common areas consist of a large living room and kitchen which is great for meal prepping.

Rent is $1,850/mo for the entire unit and paid to Poudre Property Services, which includes water, sewer, and trash. Tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, and gas which will be divided 3 ways . Prospective tenants will have to fill out an application for $40.00 through the management company, and if approved you’ll pay them $200.00 to take over the lease. My move-out date is 9/16/23, and your move-in date would be 9/17/23 with a prorated rent of $233.33 and a security deposit of $616.66 paid to me. Estimated cost of move-in: $1,089.99.

We’re all working professionals one of which who works from home part-time. Since we’re all so busy and work different schedules, we mostly keep to ourselves. Laundry days are assigned and bills are displayed on the fridge for transparency. One roommates has the internet in their name which is $40 and divided 3 ways. One is responsible for electricity which averages $108, and I’m responsible for gas which averages around $52, and will have to be transferred in your name through Xcel Energy. 😊
