The master bedroom of my large modern luxury house is now available for rent. I am flexible with rental duration and move-in date. The room can be fully furnished, partially furnished, or you can use your own furniture. The furniture has changed from what is in the photo. The bed has a queen-size memory foam mattress. The private full bathroom has a walk-in shower, a separate bathtub, and two sinks. The first-floor master bedroom is very large at 650 sq ft. The room has overhead lights and a ceiling fan over the bed.

This is larger and more private than most roommate arrangements with much more storage space than you would typically find. The common areas of the house are shared including a large kitchen and great room, an outside summer kitchen with a gas grill, high-end LG washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, driveway parking, garage storage space, air-conditioned attic storage space, and downstairs storage room space.

All utilities and other costs are included including fast internet service, electricity, trash removal, gas, exterior maintenance, community fees, and central AC. The house has cat6e ethernet wiring in every room, in addition to Wi-Fi. The internet speed is 500 Mbps.

The house is in a great location in an exclusive quiet small Dr. Phillips neighborhood. Dr. Phillips is one of the best areas of Orlando. The area is higher-end, more affluent, and safer than other Orlando neighborhoods. The neighborhood is gated and safe with security cameras.

I am open to most roommates. Smoking tobacco is not allowed inside, although vaping is fine. Short-term rentals are allowed.
