Location, location, location. Views of the Sacramento River, across from the Barn & park, Drake’s Brewery, dog park, river trail and so much more. Unique home to share with an option to rent one bedroom (13x14 with walk-in closet), a second bedrooms (12x13.5) is also negotiable for an additional rent. Both located on its own floor of our home. Features include dedicated heating and air controls for each room, ceiling fans, very sunny and bright, two windows in each room. Access to rooftop deck. In home elevator available to each floor. Parking space included in parking lot across the street.

We’re a gay couple who embark on frequent travels each year. During our time at home, we embrace a tranquil lifestyle: strolls to old sac and downtown, gym sessions, and relishing in-home cooking. We savor both neighborhood activities, family, friends, and leisurely moments on our patio. Our dynamic includes one of us being retired while the other works in Stockton. While one of us enjoys occasional social drinking, we limit alcohol consumption to home gatherings with guests or family out of consideration for each other. We uphold a smoke-free environment. We envision an ideal housemate who shares our interests and tries to live well, have fun, enjoy life, and can appreciate quite moments.
