Spacious common areas with faux hardwood floors, gas fireplace & a great backyard, parking & laundry facility on premises. Only 4 other apartments in complex, and all of them great neighbors. Located close to 110 Freeway, popular part of Figueroa, Occidental College and the Goldline/subway. P.S.: Must love cats, because I have 3.
