1 bedroom in Humboldt Park 2 bed + den apartment available now. Looking for a laid-back, clean, and respectful guy with stable employment. Bonus points if you love dogs, as I have a 60lb boxer mix. He’s great with people and will love you endlessly if you give him treats and attention.

The apartment features hardwood and tile floors, central air and heat, and a full-length balcony with view of the corner. Conveniently located just steps away from the California bus, and a short distance from Humboldt Park, grocery stores, restaurants, and other buses.

Shared spaces are already furnished but I’m open to new ideas (aka your furniture), personal touches, and could definitely use more art on the walls. The bedroom comes with a closet and comfortably accommodates a full-size bed and dresser, or a queen-size bed and dresser snugly. For reference, the bed pictured is a queen and the bedroom measures 12’ x 8’. The den, which is pretty much the size of a bedroom, currently serves as storage/shop and could be transformed into a creative studio, home office, or workout space. Laundry facilities are available in the basement.

Rent is $900 per month, plus utilities and internet which typically average around $80 a month. The lease ends in October.
