The unfurnished room is part of a 3-bed, 2-bath condo that overlooks the Cherry Creek Country Club. It is a quiet neighborhood that offers easy access to a trail that travels alongside the golf course (visible from the living room, kitchen, and balcony). Washer and Dryer in-unit means there’s no need to use the community laundry room, though it is always available for use alongside the pool.

We are two guys that have been friends for a while and work in Denver Downton and the DTC. We are friendly and outgoing people that enjoy taking some time once a week to hang out or do something fun. Our after-work activities range from gym to basketball to just relaxing and playing video games. We stay busy so the house is pretty quiet and tidy, and we hope to find someone that is a good fit with that. There is some flexibility with price and duration, so feel free to reach out if interested.
