Available for rent is a single room within a large (3-bedroom + craftroom, 2 bath) mobile home located in a quiet and safe mobile home park in Ventura (near the government center). The room spans 100 square feet, with an additional closet space. It’s clean with hardwood floors. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and bookshelf. However, if you prefer an unfurnished space, that can be arranged as well.

The bathroom is shared, as it serves as the guest bathroom and is also used by my daughter. I have my own bathroom in the master bedroom. My daughter (middle school age) also resides in the home part-time. Our household is characterized as low-key and peaceful. Oh and we have a very sweet cat!

I am a 41 year old female and I am specifically looking for a female tenant with a regular job or source of income. Overnight guests are not allowed, and drug use is restricted to discreet 420 consumption. The rent includes access to the kitchen, shared fridge space, and a communal room that currently functions as a craft room, offering some space in that room for storage, crafts or workout equipment (or the like). We also have a washer dryer that you’re welcome to use! While my daughter and I have priority in the living room, you’re welcome to join us and use it or do as you wish in our absence (we have Netflix and Amazon Prime).

All utilities, including internet, are covered in the rent. The complex features a community pool and jacuzzi for residents (it’s super close to our place). While the rental agreement is initially on a month-to-month basis, the possibility of a lease can be discussed in the future if it seems suitable.
