Shared kitchen, laundry on main level and family room (home has 1 family room and 1 living room). Cul de sac neighborhood. The driveway is basement level so there are stairs to get up to main level. Couples are ok too!

I’m a single 45 yr old female, pretty chill, homebody-ish. I work from home. I have 2 very sweet gentle cocker mix dogs, they’re 11 yrs old. I also have a 12 yr old son. Our home has 3 bed 3 bath with a full basement. I’m looking to rent out the main bedroom to supplement my income.
