Small families or roommates preferred. Near Lite Rail, Lincoln Park with golf, and soccer, tennis, and other sports, numerous ethnic restaurants, and near bus transportation to New York and Path trains. Also near New Jersey City State University, and not far from St. Peters College.

This building, a 2 family, is a NO SMOKING Zone; no drugs allowed.
