Great walking neighborhood in West Roseville. Furnished room, but could arrange to move a couple of things out if necessary but not the bed. Bed is new and it’s only been slept on a handful of times. Own bath. Large laundry room. House is less than 10 years old. Beautiful kitchen, living and dining room and can also use downstairs bathroom. Patio.

Husband and wife who are fun, nice. Like game nights, movies and going to lake and river. Involved in church. Enjoy cooking. We have a very friendly boy cat. So you can’t be allergic to cats.
