Hey! I’m selling my lease me and my boyfriends lived here for while and loved it but we are getting married and want a house! Perfect for young couples and students! You can keep my security deposit we found a house we want and need this lease gone asap, laundry and dryer inside unit, with ultites your looking at around 730 parking is additional $75 but tons of free parking. The living room has couches and a tv. The other girl doesn’t have much stuff at all so the decorations and space is all yours. She has one small kitten kept in her room, but other than that you can have whatever pet you want over. Limit is 2 per person for pet. There’s two guest bedrooms as well for family and friends that want to sleep over. The bedroom and bathroom is attached; comes with a mirror and I’m leaving behind a cute whiteboard along with some other free things like a nice vaccum. I know this lease will be sold quick because it’s super cheap and they are sold out this fall. Awesome people
