Gay couple looking for a roommate to share a spacious two bedrooms apartment. Located on the 28th floor, great view of the Bay and the city, on 22nd street. The room is furnished with a new, very comfortable queen size bed, smart TV, 2 large closets and attached private bathroom with a bathtub. Washer and Drier inside unit.

Building’ amenities include: pool and hot tub, gym, and two convenient stores located on 5th floor (by the pool) and one by building entrance. Nearby short walk to park, Venetian causeway, restaurants, Publix Supermarket, 5 minutes drive to I-195 and I-395 highways. Very short drive to South Beach via Venetian Causeway.

My partner and I are both professional, Hispanic, and we’re looking for just one person, male, gay or gay friendly. We don’t smoke or do drugs, only drink socially. No pets accepted. We are very nice people, easy going and would love to share our home with someone who’s the same way. We’ll share the kitchen and everything on it and, we only expect respect in return.
