This cozy furnished bedroom with dresser and full sized bed is on our third floor.

There is an additional medium sized extra/loft room just outside of the bedroom, with a futon and bookcases and a full bathroom is on that floor so it’s a nice private space.

The location is close to Harvard, Harvard Law, Lesley University and many bars, restaurants and coffee/ice cream shops nearby. Our home is a few blocks off Mass Ave on a quiet one way street, we are right between Porter and Harvard Square. There’s a small yard in the back with lots of shade from all the trees.

Internet is included, heat and electric is not. We can provide a breakdown of the past 12 months so someone can see the typical bills to expect and how they would be split.

My husband and I own this Cambridge townhouse that he grew up in. We’ve lived on the west coast for a while but have been back in town and living here since 2008. We have one pet - a very smart (yet silly and sweet) two and a half year old Flat Coated Retriever. She’s super friendly and not a big shedder, but there IS a resident pup here, so someone that loves having a dog in the home is a must!

***That said, our pup is a working dog, we are doing a very long, intensive obedience/S&R scent work/field training program with her. Since we are doing this focused work with her for the next two years, there are some rules:

She is crated when we are not home/when it’s her down time and nobody can let her out/give her treats/food through her crate door (yes this has happened in the past)

No people food can be given to her. (sorry girl!)

Unfortunately no other pets are allowed in the house, so that she continues to learn to settle and not have other doggie/pet distractions at home.
