Very nice, clean and quiet room for rent. Shared bathroom and kitchen No guests, for this is my home with my personal property and I don’t share my personal space with strangers. This is a room to rent in my home, not a party house No drugs and no intoxication

I am a middle aged woman that loves to cook and clean and enjoy my home with some privacy. I don’t drink or do drugs or party. If I want to party, I will go out and you will be expected to do the same. I am a very clean person and I like a clean environment. I also have a middle-aged man renting a room for me. He also is very clean and respects my property and my privacy as I do for him. There is a shared kitchen with use of appliances and a shared bathroom So if you’re the type of person who is clean and respects other peoples privacy and personal property, this may be a good fit for you, but if not, this is not a good fit for you.
