Home is my happy place, it’s filled with great energy and gets a lot of great sunlight. The location is amazing, about a mile and a half from the beach in one direction and a mile from the most magical park in the other direction. The complex is nice and well kept and everyone is friendly, there is a pool, multiple jacuzzis, multiple laundry rooms, rec room, and racquetball court. There is a shopping center within walking distance with a Vons and Home Goods and a Whole Foods and Sprouts nearby as well. I am looking for a roomie to occupy the upstairs of my beautiful updated townhome. There is a bedroom, small bathroom with a shower, and a living room. The bedroom is on the small side as well but the living space definitely makes up for it. The space is furnished but roomie is welcome to decorate however they like to make it feel like theirs. I have 3 cats, but you’d never know it- no sign (or smell) of cats and they aren’t the most social so they’d keep to themselves. I’m pretty obsessed with them. And here’s the catch… asking that potential roommate does not prepare animal products in the home. I am a former holistic health coach and have a raw vegan business so it’s a great opportunity for someone if they aren’t currently eating plant-based but have been wanting to give the lifestyle a go. My motto is ‘eat alive to feel alive’.

I am easy going, super health conscious, love nature, yoga, working out, meditation, and am a huge animal lover. I value cleanliness, and keep a clean home. I love plants and have quite a few bringing life into the space. I work from home and am a bit of a homebody, I lived another much wilder life in Vegas for many years and am really enjoying this slower simpler way of life.
